1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lootyo platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lootyo.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your password secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify Lootyo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Lootyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

3. Platform Usage

Lootyo is a creator monetization platform that enables creators to receive support from their audience through a variety of features. The Platform provides the following core services:

Tips

Supporters may send one-time tips to creators as a way to show appreciation for their content. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

Subscriptions

Creators may offer recurring subscription tiers to their audience. Subscribers gain access to exclusive content and benefits as defined by the creator. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Project Support

Creators may launch campaigns to support projects, allowing supporters to contribute toward specific goals. Contributions are subject to the terms outlined by the creator for each campaign, including any stretch goals or add-ons.

Streaming Features

Lootyo provides real-time streaming tools including alerts, overlays, soundbites, media sharing, and reactions that integrate with popular streaming software. These features are subject to usage policies and moderation controls.

4. Creator Obligations

As a creator on Lootyo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of any content, rewards, or benefits offered to supporters.
• Fulfill commitments made to supporters in connection with subscriptions and project support campaigns.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations related to income earned through the Platform.
• Not use the Platform to distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Maintain appropriate moderation of your community and streaming interactions.

5. Supporter Obligations

As a supporter on Lootyo, you agree to:

• Understand that tips, subscriptions, and contributions to support projects are voluntary and made at your own discretion.
• Not engage in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
• Respect creators and other community members. Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Not use the Platform to send inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content through tips, messages, media shares, or other interactive features.

6. Mana (Virtual Currency)

Lootyo uses a virtual currency called "Mana" as part of its platform features. Mana may be:

• Purchased through the Platform using real currency via supported payment methods.
• Earned through platform activities, such as engagement, achievements, or promotional events.
• Spent on platform features including reactions, soundbites, media shares, and other interactive tools.

Mana has no real-world monetary value outside the Platform. Mana cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred between accounts unless explicitly permitted by Lootyo. Lootyo reserves the right to modify the earning rates, pricing, and functionality of Mana at any time.

7. Fees and Payments

Lootyo may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to platform commissions on creator earnings, payment processing fees, and premium feature access. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Lootyo is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or currency conversion services. Creators are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

8. Intellectual Property

The Lootyo Platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lootyo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Lootyo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and promote the Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or any systems connected to the Platform.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code to the Platform.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without prior written consent from Lootyo.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform or the servers and networks connected to it.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to launder money or engage in fraudulent financial activities.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Lootyo support. Lootyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that Lootyo believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any Mana balance, pending earnings, or other virtual items in your account may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lootyo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Lootyo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the Platform and is not responsible for the actions or content of any users, creators, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

Lootyo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
